We cannot even imagine the fear this couple must be experiencing as their truck slowly sinks into the icy water with them inside! However, before you watch know that they both survived this terrifying ordeal. But it will stay with them for a while!
The Global News reports that although the couple emerged safe and sound, with no medical aid needed, their unfortunate truck with everything inside was pretty much lost. Still, that the two were uninjured is the important thing and we are sure they probably will not be driving over frozen lakes very soon or again in the future – and who can blame them?!
Let’s chalk up one point for nature and zero points for a trusting mankind!

…truck falls through
A truck broke through the lake ice just past our house a couple of years ago. The people escaped with little injury. Rescue called Amish in to cut the ice for divers to go in an attach a cable to pull the truck out. The whole neighborhood showed up to watch the production.
And BTW, before you drive out on the ice, check out your insurance policy. Probably not covered if your truck for a swim.
