For many part-time survivalist, the best time to go into the wilderness is around spring and summer. Not only is it more comfortable but the getaway is easier; usually around vacation time with the family or Spring break.

However, for those of you who are more adventurous, maybe want to take a hike and a camp-out in December, around the holidays, there are a multitude of cool and cold wonders to experience.
And yes, it may snow.

    Freaking click bait BS. Is there not a page that does provide what it states? Hints and tricks? Only thing I got outta this was dig a small hole In front of your tent, so you can sit inside your tent with your feet out…. Definitely ready to tackle winter camping now… So many useless pages..
