Sighting in your rifles and practicing with them regularly is an important step of proper prepping.

When SHTF, your rifle is going to be a valuable key to putting food on the table once your food stores have been used up. Your rifle will also be one of your top ways to protect your property and your family from aggressors.

A favorite and the most accurate, way to sight in a rifle is with the aid of a shooting bench. A shooting bench eliminates a lot of the movement that can occur when aiming down the sights, from the motion of breathing to the vibration of your heartbeat.

Unfortunately, one of these benches can run upwards of a couple of hundred dollars, which is money better spent on ammunition.
