Making sure your camp or bug-out site or even your home are secure is a primary concern for just about everyone.

This is particularly true in a bug-out, survival or SHTF situation.

The easiest way to ensure your site is safe is to employ an automated sentry system.

While this one is not fool-proof, it is a reliable way of using a tripwire and inert smoke grenade detonator with shotgun primers to make sure no intruders can enter your space without you knowing.
