If you are an aficionado of survival knives, you are likely familiar with the SOG specialty knives and their reputation for excellence.
Created in Seattle in 1986, SOG knives are pricey, but lifetime investments capable of handling just about everything a person can think to throw at them.
The SEAL Team Elite product line is no different.
Made from AUS 8 stainless steel with a Titanium Nitrate finish, any of the multiple offerings provide incredible strength and sharpness as well as are incredibly low maintenance.
Their razor sharp blades hold an edge for an incredibly long period of time and when they do need maintenance, are easy to work with, although if you are not experienced with maintaining high-quality knives, you may want to consider taking your knife to a professional for sharpening.
The video on the next page covers one SEAL Team Elite knife and provides a rundown on who the blade in question would best serve.

Love that knife
You want a severely underrated knife that you can beat the hell out of? All it needs is to be sharpened. You can practice bush craft with it and not have any problems and if you do break it it doesn’t cost a fortune. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00013H3KG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_Wn3DwbB5R94XG
