(VIDEO) 6 Ways to Use Windex That You’ve Never Thought of Before

Windex is amazing for cleaning glass of all forms, which is why it has become a household name. It also can clean many other things in your home that may not be aware of! Plus, little do many people know, it can also be used for several other surprising purposes. Check them out below.

So, after you use up all of the chemicals cluttering the space beneath your kitchen sink, maybe you should just stock up on plenty of bottles of Windex. After all, it appears as though it can handle most jobs pretty handily on its own.

Our favorite way to use it, apart from the obvious use of letting the sunshine into our kitchens once in a while, is its stain-removing abilities, although unsticking a zipper is also pretty cool. Who knew?

Windex commercial. Use it to clean everything, including cookware and stains from clothes. (My favorite) use it to get a ring off your finger.

You can do all the same things (except unstick the zipper) with white vinegar, even stain removal (it also removes sweat stains and odors from clothes). A piece of soap will unstick the zipper quickly, rubbed over the zipper teeth. White vinegar is a heckova lot cheaper than Windex, and easier to store in quantity. And when you run out, you can make your own from any kind of fruit. Thanks for the Windex commercial, but I’ll stick to white vinegar.
