Being able to live off-grid is not just something die-hard survivalists strive for in order to make it through a SHTF scenario.

For many survivalists and even folks who rarely think about survival situations, living off grid is a matter of personal responsibility in regards to the environment and sustainability.

That means being able to harness natural energy sources while maintaining a livable “footprint” that is much smaller than what most of us create.

In essence, they want to create an enjoyable existence while having as little an impact on the planet as possible.

It is still in the design and production stages, but Bratislava-based Nice Architects have created a concept that may revolutionize living spaces for those who want as small a footprint as possible.
