1) When you open a box of cereal…

When you open a box of cereal, take it out of the box and put it back into the box upside down. You'll mix up the small and large pieces and avoid getting a bowl of crumbs at the end of the box.

2) Preserve those herbs

It turns out you can preserve herbs by freezing them in olive oil! This is incredibly useful when you have an overabundance of herbs, and you'd like to preserve them for when SHTF.

To preserve them, evenly distribute your herbs in an icecube tray, and then fill up each icecube tray to the top with olive oil. Now it's ready to freeze and use whenever you'd like.

3) This clever hack will save you during a BBQ

Use a muffin tin to serve condiments at a BBQ, instead of using individual bowls or plates. This hack is an easy way to keep sauces and more in one area and not to mention it will help you cut back on the dishes that need washing!

After the break, check out some clever hacks you can use while you're on the go. These will save you time, money (like this rad gas hack you'll learn!) and take the frustration out of a few tasks you may think are sometimes maddening!
