The Truth as to Whether Solar Panels Will Survive a Massive EMP and What to do to Prepare Yourself for the Surge

Electronic equipment damage

If And When An EMP Strike Takes Out The Power Grid, You Will Want To Be Prepared. Here's How:

Making the choice to go off-grid is something contemplated by millions, particularly in the light of strong storms around the country that wipe out power grids for days or even weeks at a time.

Our world today depends heavily on keeping electricity flowing at all times. If that flow stops, everything comes to a grinding halt. We know from Hiroshima and Nagasaki that an EMP blast (in that case emitted by the explosion of the atomic bombs) will short-circuit all electricity. This means that not only will it take out the power grid, but most electronics will be fried as well.

So it begs the question: if you make the switch to an off-the-grid lifestyle, or employ a solar panel system in your bug out location, will a massive EMP strike take out your system along with the rest of the power grid?

The answer to this question has a lot to do with circumstances and preparation. Keep reading to learn more.
