Anyone who is into prepping, homesteading or survival, in general, knows that planning is key in the event of a SHTF situation. An emergency backpack is just one of the ways to store crisis items for if some reason an individual or family needs to leave their home.
A backpack is good for many reasons. It’s instrumental for camp outs, bugging-out as we mentioned, or just to have in your car should you find yourself in an accident or happen to see one occur.
Remember, even though you are prepared, most often other people are not and they could use your help as a prepper! Survival of the fittest does not mean losing humanity.
A car survival kit is the subject of the video on page two. It is an interesting and detailed examination of what you should pack.
Watch as the hosts provides excellent reasons why you should include each item in your backpack. Go over and take a look!

I didn’t read what’s in it but want to say, duck tape is on of the single most versatile/useful thing you may carry.
Broke bone splints, building a fast shelter, wrapping pant legs for snakebite protection ,ripped cloths, shoes, wrap cloths in a layer for warmth, the ideas just go on and on.
I carry gorilla tape.
And a tactical tomahawk is a must have, uses weapon of course, knife for cutting ,shelter building, hunting, amusement throwing, digging with spike, making other tools.
Dunhams carries some decent quality tomahawks.
Big dogs carry a RMJ brand tomahawk.
Waiting list of up to a year.

Here is the real world.
Every single person is unique.
Situations, percieved or real, as as plentiful as are people.
There is no one right answer.
You go to work, spend your money how you see fit. No harm no foul.
Listen folks. As prudent humans we should always be open minded (often easier said then done)
We read and watch all. We take all info and come to a reasonable facsimile.
No ones right
No ones wrong
Long as you have a plan and it works for you?
To each their own.
Be safe out there and remember we are all in this together

Cool guy patches on the outside of your pack is a must have.
Those are nice but $450 wow.
That’s relative, what’s your budget?
Last on you will ever buy though
Under 50 bucks would be good. Thanks

Go to walmart, buy the largest nondescript book bag you can find. Cheap, large enough for edc/get home gear and serviceable enough to get you home. No need to break the bank on a bag used for the purpose of getting you home. Save the money for the real bob at home
Hahaha pretty badass. Solid list. 🙂
Yep. I’d rather be prepared. You should always be prepared.
