Make This Bushcraft Tray In 10 Minutes Using Outdoor Scraps

Sometimes we take every day items for granted. For example, in your kitchen you may have an array of pans and trays and pot holders, etc. But in the wild, or during a survival situation, those “luxury items” may not be available. In those instances, it's important to be resourceful and work with what you have on hand. In nature, you actually have quite a bit if you look around.

The tray in today's tutorial is really easy to make. Some of the small trays can be made in just ten minutes! All you have to do is search for scrap materials. Then, before you know it, your handmade tray is being used as a drainer or even a plate for those woodland goodies you might pick up along the trail.

Larger trays can be made into a sitting mat, kneeling pads, or even something to lay wet socks or cloths on for drying.

Go on over to page two and check out the photos and instruction to make a useful and, we admit, a really nice looking tray with many uses!
