Just about every survivalist knows how to and enjoys being outdoors – often in a camping environment, but not everyone is into the entire “roughing it” experience.
For some, roughing it is not sleeping in your own bed or not being able to take a hot shower. Some of us just simply do not like sleeping in a tent, few millimeters separating us from the elements, critters and the ground.
By using the bed of a truck, some PVC piping and a tarp, you can achieve the best of both worlds – experiencing the outdoors, but not in a tent or by lying on the ground.
The PVC pipe makes a great frame for the tarp and because it is so versatile, you can modify your framing to suit your needs.
