Assess you current location for strengths, weaknesses. Work on the weakness while playing to the strength. Plan, learn, grow, stockpile, rotate stocks, gain new skills and DO NOT abandon home without a solid plan, good transportation, a great stockpile of everything, and a damned good chance of getting there.
I wouldn’t even go there. There’s really no place to set up a decent farm or cabin if you go too deep. And if you head west to far you end up in Swan Valley, Idaho.
