How to Cope with Depression and Anxiety When the Collapse Happens

Are you envisioning a happy-go-lucky future when SHTF happens and that while everyone else in the world is suffering, you'll be snug as a bug in your bugout shelter, stuffing yourself on canned rations and staying warm by your wood stove? Stop that thinking right now because it's just not going to happen.

We're not saying that SHTF isn't going to happen, because it always does, eventually. What isn't going to happen is that you'll be happy and well-adjusted when the tables turn on the world.

In times of severe stress in the world, even those who are remarkably prepared and well-adjusted will be dealing with anxiety, depression, and a textbook of other psychological issues; it's happened in the past, and it will occur in the future.
