How to Build a Food Supply Over Time to Save Money and Time!

Just about everyone cedes the importance of being prepared for a survival situation – beyond just a few days.

Even the US federal government has recommended having at least a couple of weeks worth of food and water in stock should a more drastic survival incident occur.

if you take that recommendation and realize that if two weeks of survival is possible in the eyes of the government, probably much more is necessary, the issues of how to stock up and costs come up.

While for some, going out and buying a months worth of food in one trip is feasible (good for them!) for most of us, a more planned, segmented approach is necessary.

One way of doing that is to set aside a little amount of money each week and make smaller purchases, according to a plan that leaves you with a year's worth of food supplies.
