Fish live almost everywhere – wilderness, big cities, suburbs – rivers, lakes, park ponds, reservoirs, even drainage ditches in some cases – fish are literally everywhere.

While you may not ever want to think about eating a fish from a park pond in a city or a drainage ditch, in a pinch, in a survival situation or SHTF moment, you will.

If the situation is dire enough, if will be the best meal you ever had.

To be able to catch fish, however, you must be able to maximize your chances and that means employing some basic strategies and tactics to put your lure or bait in front of the most fish possible.
