During a SHTF Situation, You May Need to Jump From a Building Into a Dumpster. Here’s How to Make That Happen.

how to dive into a dumpster

We've seen it in movies a million times. The hero is being chased by an army of bad guys and is jumping from rooftop to rooftop only to come to a sudden stop at a dead end with no more rooftops left to jump to.

When the bad guys are closing in, the hero must make a crucial decision: let themselves be captured or killed, or jump from the roof into the open dumpster at the base of the building. They almost always jump and manage to come out completely unscathed.

When confronted with the same decision, it's probably safe to say that most of us would rather take on the bad guys.

If we ever find ourselves in an urban survival situation being chased by thugs, it would be nice to know that we'd be able to make a decision either way.

While diving into a dumpster is not necessarily in the best interest of your good health, it is theoretically possible to do safely.
