You can get bit by a venomous snake when you least expect. Trust me, I know. When I was fifteen-years-old, my dad got bit by a rattlesnake, and I was scared to death. No pun intended. My dad was bitten in our backyard in Utah, and though the snake appeared to be a bull snake, it ended up being a rattlesnake. It was a baby which made it difficult to identify.
Learning how to identify a venomous snake is challenging, but it's possible. If you study and learn about the different head shapes and colors on various snakes, over time you'll learn how to identify them in nature. That way if the grid collapse and you're out in the wilderness you'll be able to pinpoint a venomous snake. Now, there's no guarantee you won't get bit, but at least, you can slowly back away and know what type of dangerous snake you're dealing with.
Most snakes are not venomous, but that doesn't mean there aren't plenty of venomous snakes, especially if you're bugging out frequently and preparing for SHTF. My dad encountered a rattlesnake and also got bit by it as well. Don't allow that to be you — it's better to be safe than sorry.
On the next page, you can learn how to pinpoint a copperhead snake and where this snake can be found in the United States.
It's really in your best interest to learn about venomous snakes because by learning how to identify them, you may just save your life or someone else's in the future.

More reason when people see a Black snake they should leave it alone. Black snakes eat the rest of the poisonous little pricks.
