Before You Throw Away Old Tires, Check Out These Insanely Practical Uses!

old tires

Tires are one of the toughest and most durable things on the planet. They can handle high speeds, thousands of miles of blistering roads, rutted gravel and sharp potholes.

Despite their strength, eventually, they do wear out. And when they do wear out you are left with the problem of what do with them after their time has come and you've had to upgrade to new tires.

Of course, you could have them taken to a landfill where they'll sit for years and years before they're either buried or recycled, or you can make a new use for hem right now that will save the landfills, save energy and maybe even save your wallet. Because tires are made from such a durable material, they can be used in areas of high traffic, making them excellent for outdoor use.

What sorts of projects can you apply your worn-out tires to? Take a look on the next page.

Old tires are a major breeding place for mosquitos. If you want to have old tires around make sure they cant hold water or you will have tons of mosquitos.
