On March 28th, Robinson Outdoor Products LLC filed for bankruptcy. The company behind the ScentBlocker brand comes nearly a year after another company called A.L.S. Enterprises, Inc sued them for deceptive advertising.
A jury sided with A.L.S. and prompted Robinson to pay the former $3.8 million, but the settlement was subsequently dropped by a district court.
If you're a hunter who buys from this brand you may want to keep your eyes open — they may be shutting down their stores shortly!
We got an in-depth look at what Outdoor Life uncovered about the case. You can find out more about Robinson's future as a company on the next page!
