Fall means football, warmer, but not hot days, cooler evenings, an incredible burst of foliage and for many, deer hunting.

Among the many forms of deer hunting, bow hunting is incredibly popular and as with most popular pastimes has its own lore, often handed down from generation to generation.

It also comes with a lot of myths that can impact the entire experience.

In some cases, those myths can negatively impact the success of your entire hunt. In others, holding onto them can just make sure you have to work harder or are uncomfortable as you wait.

The key is separating myth from fact, before you head out so that you are operating with the best equipment, best strategy, and tactics and best chances to bag your quarry.
