Martial law. It's one phrase that terrifies all citizens, regardless of their political leanings. With martial law comes complete restrictions of rights and privileges, a weakened economy, and lessened individual power to enact change via voting or even protesting.
Of course, one could argue that we are under martial law right now, but compared to what our situation could be, any form of martial law that exists right now is child's play.
For true martial law, one or all of 5 things must occur, otherwise, the people see the enacting of martial law as an arbitrary crackdown and will fight back. For martial law to be truly effective, the people must think that the government is acting in the interest of the people.
One look at history, and you will know this is an absolute fallacy; martial law exists only for the benefit of those in power, and regardless of where you stand on the political playing field, you know that's not the voters.

Everyone knows it’s the central bankers that needs to be dealt with. Where are they? Untouchable physically we need to cut their funds off worldwide. Then head to D.C. and take it by force and give them our demands. Clean house and lock up the majority of them to remind them how the judicial system works. Keep a few in office under our supervision they stay at there desk 8 hours a day 5 days a week, 30 minute lunch break and maybe some shitty health insurance so they don’t get us sick and all the others goodies that come with being an American worker. We need leaders we just need to remind them who they work for. Sounds pretty simple to me. But what do I know I’m just a working class deplorable.

The un will not step in, the gun laws didn’t pass and not only our military but it’s citizens are armed. Under his control or not our military will not turn against the people they have sworn to protect. Reason why so many high ranking officers were let go.. Obama and the United numbnuts made the deal they did. They were praying gun laws would pass… our guns are the only thing keeping us safe. But the riots starting are funded and supported by your local Democrats guarantee it.

I kinda agree. I’m a conservative republican for 16 years now, I voted for Trump. Even though Virginia didn’t. Anyway, morning after my 15 year old daughter, and my 34 year old sister both expressed fear. I thought it ridiculous. Then I got to work, waaaay more fear being expressed. Now a dose for the very people who voted for him. More than irony.
I’m a precinct Captain here in Alexandria Virginia for the republicans. I had my ‘Trump Pence’ sticker on. A black person I know, grew up with, acted like they wanted to fight. He told me I’d be “picking cotton again…” I laughed, said if you’re afraid of that, ridiculous. Personally, I have too much armament. It’s ridiculous on its face.
