    I agree with most as a a general topic, but Silent? Hardly! A subsonic is quieter than most, but other than that, as loud as my Ruger .22

    Chuckle. A wild pig will out run a human. Unless there’s a tree or rocks at hand and you’ve the time to climb I’d suggest a bit of practice at short range closing target shots. A . 22 long rifle is not a round with stopping power for pigs. A .22 centrefire maybe. A long rifle? No.

    I don’t even have to read this for it to ma sense. Buy thousands of BBs for a few dollars. Kill everything from rabbits to any kind of bird without drawing attention to where you are.

    I have a 20 caliber pellet rifle. At 20 feet away it will go through 1/2 inch pine board.
