With all the things we are preparing for when the SHTF, all our canning, bug-out bag packing, shelter considerations, and hunting skills, do we really need to also think about physical conditioning too? Oh yeah, we definitely do.

Many preppers and survivalist, for one reason or another, may find themselves walking or even running long distances. Life will be frantic and if you are not well or in the best shape of your life you could be left behind!

That is not good for a bug-out situation. Or, for that matter, bugging-in. You will still need to be on top of your game when protecting what is yours, particularly your family!
