We appreciate many of these tips, especially when it comes to the “cough” segment. Nothing will give a person’s location away quicker than a long and loud cough. So – indeed – stock-up on the cough medicine!
But most of all, make common sense decisions. Don’t wear bright clothing if you do not want others to spot you, do not brag about how well you are stocked, and make sure family and friends are just as quiet.
But be certain you have a plan and that your loved ones are informed, including the kids. You are all in it together!
I believe I would add perfume or cologne to this list also.

Very informative most of it is common sense but still worth repeating.
Noise and light signature is very important!! Next power failure go outside at night and listen. You will be able to easily pick out any noise or light.
Am I the only one who thinks we are closer to a SHTF scenario than ever before? It really seems that the way things are going here in the US that we may have another civil war of sorts because of the riots from the far leftists?
I’m sorry but this lady sounded a little like Hillary Clinton to me, and that is like needles in my ears! Plus any bug out info you get in a few minutes is why to incomplete to help much! Not saying I have all the answers, but I would have tons of questions that would need time to get good answers!
Not to take away from the seriousness of the video, but, when talking about the noise of children and dogs…. I find that duct tape and wire ties work just fine….

Oh it really wasn’t bad but most of it was common sense, however, that is in short supply and getting very scarce these days…… a very sad opinion, but when a SHTF event does happen, I think there will be a lot of uneducated, unprepared, and bumbling individuals, running interference, so that the ones who are prepared and have their wits about them, will have a better chance to “slip” away….
I think I got the meat and potatoes of it from the reading anyway. Your right mostly common sense. But I still feel the video could have been much more interesting with better presentation.
