If you are the least bit aware, you have at least a basic survival kit stored for use in a weather emergency or natural or man-made disaster.
That kit at the minimum has first aid, basic food supplies, water, emergency numbers and probably at least one battery operated or hand-cranked emergency radio.
All of that is fine for a short-term emergency or survival situation, but what if the crisis lasts more than a few hours and extends into days or even weeks?
Do you have the basic stuff you use, virtually every day or would you be left scrambling?
Do you even know what “little things” you use on a regular basis that once a dire survival situation hit would be rendered unavailable?
