Many survivalists and people alike fear spiders for a reason. It likely has to do with their long legs, eyes, and not to mention the details webs they construct with ease to catch their prey.
If you were to ask a prepper why he doesn't like spiders, most survivalists would let you know it's because they don't want to get bit! Even though most spiders won't harm you — the bite from a spider itches like a mosquito bite — there are still the occasional spiders that can cause you a lot of injuries.
Keep in mind for every spider that won't cause you harm; there are still quite a few that will cause a lot of discomfort. You may have heard of the brown recluse spider, which is one such spider that can make even the courageous of survivalists squirm when they hear this spider's name.
Why? If a survivalist got bit by a recluse spider, they would need medical attention. However, if you're a prepper who bugs out a lot, and you're living off the grid that may not be possible. What are you supposed to do at that point if there's no emergency care available?
After the break, learn about the steps you should take if you're living off the grid and get bit by a recluse spider. If there isn't emergency help, nearby it's up to you to know the proper course of treatment.

I don’t live off the grid but I’ve been better but every time they bite me they died after
A distinct fiddle shape is on the back of the head portion of brown recluse. A lot if folks mistake that thinking it’s on the belly like a black widow. While I do agree you got bit by something nasty, doubt it was a brown recluse. Good for you though !!
I was bit by one and I lost my leg . Ture story.
Finally got her like a bastard, but heat up a piece of metal and scorched the area.
If that’s a brown recluse bite, it’s very mild. It has the distinct bulls eye mark of a recluse bite but it’s very small and not necrotic. I worked in surgery for many years and I’ve seen several amputations because of brown recluse bites that would not heal.
That’s when you bite him back. See how he likes being bitten.
Oops it’s all over. Curtains. Lol

s**t oh s**t
The best solution for that would be to live in a location that doesn’t have them.
A widow couldn’t take me out, bring on the recluse!

I’d just laugh about it, clean it with alcohol and keep on keeping on since I already know I’m not 1 of the 1 in a thousand who are effected adversely by recluse venom. For most Americans you just get a small red welt that lasts a couple days.
Looks to be a Cross Orb Weaver, they’re bite hurts like hell, but they are non venomous
Yup, orb weaver.

Rub some salt on it
I was bit and had a welt right in the middle of my spine out the middle of nowhere at a deer lease. It was tender and uncomfortable. Just squeezed the crap out of it daily and then bandaged it and kept it clean. The red spot got about as big around as a half dollar or so. My flesh didn’t start rotting ir anything. It went away in about a week.
Recluse Venom is a Hemotoxin that causes necrotic effects on flesh Brian. might not mean much to you but the treatment is totally different from a Necrotoxin like Staphylococcus aureus.
