Would You Live In This Underground Survival Shelter?

Regardless of where you live or your politics, or how much money you have, more and more people are looking for survival alternatives.

Even the US federal government has advised all of us to at least prepare for a medium-term emergency.

The threat of everything from terrorism to EMP's to economic collapse to civil unrest have a lot of people worried.

As a result, interest in alternative shelters has skyrocketed.

A fallout  or bug-out shelter, underground, used to concoct visions of cold, cement underground chambers piled high with tons of strangers, cement pill boxes buried in a backyard with little amenities or “spider holes” that consisted of basically a hole in the ground and nothing else.

This amazing underground tubular shelter blows all of those away.

Check out the next page to see this awesome alternative to the traditional underground shelter.

I’ve helped build several of these types of underground shelters. I’d live in one without a second thought.

The bad guys will drive a wheel over your entrance. Making you starve to death. Or block it and smoke you out.

Most of these shelters have a 2nd emergency exit at the other end of the shelter

I wouldn’t want to live in one as a primary residence unless need be such as in a post-apocalyptic world…

Ok I love fallout shelters/storm shelters I could easily spend a long time in one but not domed it would really eat at me for some reason if I had to do I would prefer square rooms to bring the semblance of a house it would help curb the underground depression in my case anyways lol

Hope there’s a back door. What if someone parks their truck on your hatch? You should have some kind of natural barriers around that door.

Everyone here likes this? I like the look of it as well but this bunker is absolutely useless! One entrance (which was built just to be blocked by something), one power source, no plants, no water storage.. the list goes on. Here are the first two things that will be the death of this person: starvation/dehydration or illness due to lack of proper wastewater disposal. That place looks nice till its stinking and dark!

Surviving and prepping are two of my favorite hobbies. Some people doodle when their bored, well I doodle floorplans. I’ve doodled many underground bunkers of various sizes and layouts as well as top-side property to accommodate my party after it is safe to return. Food, water, shelter. THE three things needed for survival!

Not for too long but certainly long enough for things to settle down. Does the cute, blonde chick come with the shelter?!

I could, but I would also have a way to bring vehicles down also, it’s not elaborate and very functional.
