Safety first! It is not just about keeping your brother or sister out of your room. Using a trip wire can be useful in many situations!

We tend to think the example here was a little lame but get the idea. From a Survivalist standpoint, after the SHTF, we must be careful. There will be desperate men and women out there, starved for supplies that might make home intrusion a way of life.

In other words, a trip alarm used the right way could save supplies – and lives!
