Charcoal is a pretty amazing resource to have when you’re bugging out. Created by heating wood to the point where all the water and materials are removed except the carbon.
The carbon then acts as a fuel that can burn far hotter than the wood it was created from! While burning, charcoal also produces less smoke than wood, which is awesome if you’re in a SHTF situation where you want to avoid someone spotting your smoke from far away.
Charcoal has many practical purposes in the wild as well, whether it’s used for purifying water or taken orally to assist with digestive problems.
And when you're not sure about the food you're cooking – this can be an excellent thing to have just in case.
You can actually make your own charcoal in the wild using this ancient mound method! Check out the video to see how it’s done!

This guy has an amazing YouTube site … the huts he builds are next to none….
But this guy does not say who it was made. He didn’t even recommend his channel that which can get this guy in big trouble.
And it already comes in its own bag, how convenient…. lol
WTH is bugging out?
