When you're bugging out and are worried about the latest storm that's headed your way, setting up a shelter efficiently and quickly is important.
Think about it: Do you really want to be fumbling around in the dark while the gear gets soaked from the rain while you're trying to set up your tarp? Also, don't forget about trying to drive your stakes into the ground when it's muddy will be difficult. I'm guessing that's something you don't want to experience.
Whether a rain storm is coming in and it's vital to keep you and your materials dry or you want to have fun with your prepper buddies by seeing who can put up their shelter first, here's a stick you'll be happy you learned.
After all, who needs to stress out as to whether you can beat the storm when there's a quick solution to setting up your shelter?
After the break, check out the video on the next page so you can learn how to set up that tarp so you can have some shelter ASAP!

Great, if you happen to be carrying around a fucking power cord
Duh, that’s so you can plug into a current bush!
Power cord???
Apoantly you didn’t watch it, no loss. But yeah this guy’s brilliant “hack” is to use power cord instead of rope, and tuck a fold of it through the grommet then keep it from coming out by putting a stick in the loop. What a waste of bandwidth.
Buy a 1/4 dowel and make your own i have two dozen that i carry in old flip phone case
I like this guy. Haha
Looks like it works great on a windless sunny day! I wonder how a little breeze affects this setup.
