Depending on where you find yourself, nature has a host of different ways to kill you.

From weather events to extreme hot and cold, to famine, disease, drought, fire, you name it, nature has already got it covered in one way, shape or form.

Not the least of all that is deadly in nature are animals.

A simple bite by a rabid animal can spell  your doom, especially in a survival situation, but that is only if the infection from a bite does not kill you first.

Some animals, however, can greatly increase the odds of you not making it out alive, just by virtue of you being unfortunate enough to run into them.

And while most animals considered deadly are usually regional, just about every region of the world has something running around that can maim, poison or eat you.
