Nerf guns are just as popular now as they have ever been. Many adults today grew up playing with them and see the educational potential the toy guns have. One such adult made an awesome upgraded gun, which you have to see below.
Will this small-scale project be useful in deterring intruders? Probably not, unless you loaded it with marbles and really upped the explosion. But it's a great starting point to designing better gas weapons that can be used to guard entrances, exits, and even to launch a large projectile hundreds of meters towards a team of enemies.
All you need is a few hours playing around with this toy and we're sure you'd start having a myriad of ideas as to how to make use of this design in other ways or to improve it altogether.
