2) Tornadoes
When SHTF a lot of things may happen, but that doesn't mean that tornadoes still won't run their natural course. If you happen to live in a state that has tornadoes, then you probably already know never to run from a tornado. Instead, seek shelter where you are at. If there's no shelter where you're at cover your body with blankets to protect yourself in case debris should fall on you.
If you were to get in a car to try and get away you may find yourself in greater peril or worse, not have anywhere to drive if roads have already been wiped out.

you can run away from a bear going down a steep hill but if you try running away up hill or level land then you will just die tired.

At least a 44 mag, people shoot deer and they run a hundred yards or more sometimes. A passed off bear may be tougher to stop. That’s just my opinion.
Oh, and if he or she is headed your way in a trot, don’t wait to see if he just wants to be friends.
Just bring a shotgun with a few slugs, Winchester PDX1 (buck and ball or the new PDX1) great at stopping anything

I’m thinking you’re pretty much screwed with a grizzly bear whether you run or stand, excepting a large caliber handgun perhaps. And even that’s dicey.
Yeah and if a big brown bear is charging at you don’t thing bear spray will stop it that’s bull crap it a big grizzly or brown bear is hungry and wants you , you better have a firearm that can stop it and you better know how to use it. ,now if a bear not hungry bear spray might work but if it wants to kill you and the spray is all you got. , then God better send a angle to protect you if not your a fool to think bear spray is all you need , so it’s like this stay out of big bear country and mountain lion country and for sure wolf country , a pack of wolfs they are smart cunning and will follow you for miles ,a single bear is bad enough but a pack of wolfs is something else can’t watch all of them at the same time , one guy said take out a knife and go for the neck lol what a dumb$#%&!@*better stay out of their home unless it armed good and have a buddy that’s armed to help watch your back . Always hike with a friend that can’t run as fast as you can.
