Survivalists Guide To Venomous Spiders

Staying healthy in a survival situation is always a challenge.

There are literally countless ways you can cut, maim, mangle or crush part of you and then there are the myriad parasites, viruses and bacteria that can make you sick.

Oh, there are also venomous spiders, as if all of the above was not enough.

Luckily, venomous spiders are relatively rare and in most cases, not aggressive unless they feel threatened, but in North America, primarily in the South, Mid-West, West and Northwest, they do occur and can be found in dozens of locations, although sightings in and of themselves are rare given the timid nature of most spiders.

While sightings are rare and encounters rarer, they do happen and are something someone who spends a lot of time outdoors, has to be aware of.

The three we cover on the next page are the Black Widow, Brown Recluse and Hobo spiders.

The key is to stay the hell away from all of them. Every spider I see can kill me, at least that’s my mentality lol
