I’m skeptical of the ‘no one has been there in twenty years’ line. Looking at overall picture. Well-worn path most of way. Lack of deterioration of wood, lack of rust on metal objects, lawn chair not overly frayed. Still be a good find.
It was. Might put up a handrail. Just sayin’ to be on safe side.
