It is the ultimate survival game! How does a constantly hot individual beat the heat during the height of summer?

The first answer would be to turn on the AC but, dear friends, electricity is expensive and we really do not want to up the power bill to come it if we do not have too. Some of us do have a budget, after all. And hey, there may be those who DO NOT have central air or even a window unit and they’ll need some tips, right?
