5 Primitive Shelters That Are Life Saving When Doomsday is Upon Us

When Doomsday arrives, it can be challenging to figure out what type of shelter is best to build when trying to stay away from harmful elements. A lot depends on the conditions around you, what building materials there are, and, of course, the tools that are in your bug out bag.

Plus, don't forget that it's also important to decide whether it's even safe enough to go on a quest for materials before building a shelter.

Consider the weather conditions before building a shelter. Think about whether a mud hut will keep you dry from the rain. It won't, so it's probably a better idea to look for other materials that'll be more durable.

Ask yourself questions so you can decide on what shelter will be the most ideal. As you construct a shelter that'll keep you safe from weather and other elements, remember it's all making it through in one piece.

It's true that one of the most vital tools for anyone is knowledge. Know your options prior to when SHTF by understanding the surroundings. Only then will you be able to construct a shelter that'll provide you shelter not only from the weather but other dangerous forces.

On the next page check out some primitive shelters that'll help you decide on how to proceed when all hell breaks loose.

Someone needs to learn what doomsday means. If its really doomsday you won’t need a shelter because you’ll be dead.

    Learn to make a forge.

Learn to make crude rope out of fibers.

    Learn how to bake clay.

    That’s it.

Not that hard to learn, those materials will be plentiful.

And scavenging would be a thing.

Also, other humans would be your biggest enemies. Not even the elements.

Or at least that’s what every guide on this sorta$#%&!@*says.

The very nature of doomsday is that we are doomed. Seems building a shelter would be like applying sunscreen as you are plunging into the sun.

Showed my daughters how to build an emergency shelter while out on a hunting trip. 5 Years later it was still standing when I showed my stepsons.
