Hind sight is always 20-20 and Hurricane Harvey is a great example of that statement. When a state knows it needs protection, that eventually something horrible is going to happen and the state should be prepared for it, it is just small thinking that does not get it done.

Preppers and survivalists know what it is like to be the voice of reason, to tell folks over and over again that you really need to be prepared for a collapse or any disaster, natural or man-made, and be thought of as “one of those prepper crazies.”

But again, look at Harvey and the overall disaster that just might have been prevented if those in charge would have thought ahead!
