How a Person Can Hide Their Scent When in the Woods

As summer comes to an end (I hate that phrase) a lot of people’s thoughts start to turn towards hunting, particularly deer hunting.

One of the sure ways of guaranteeing we reduce our chances of a successful hunt to almost zero is to stink up the woods – regardless of what we are hunting for.

Animals generally have much more acute senses of smell than humans and that reality gives them an advantage, particularly if they are already on edge due to hunting pressure.

That means you have to take precautions so that you do not smell like you whenever you enter the woods!

There is nothing that says “danger” to most wild animals than the scent of a human – and for good reason – generally, when hunting, the goal is to kill an animal!
