    forgot the apache foot trap, its a pretty cool technique for trapping large game.

    I used to teach survival for the US Army. You have to set twenty traps for every thing you wish to catch. There are much easier food sources available in the form of grubs & insects.

    Agreed. I remember when I first started trapping. Had almost no success. You really have to take into account WHERE you place the trap more than how.. Like the trap itself is not too hard to make, but you have to actually place it in a spot where it will work. And don’t stink up the place in the process. Sometimes the animal will avoid the trap entirely if it catches on a human placed it. There not as dumb as we like to think

    When uaing any spring loaded trap i recommend practice in a safe environment. I almost lost an eye once with a diy snare set up….friggin hurt like hell lmao
