When SHTF a Person Will Only Need These 4 Antibiotics. Here’s Why:

It's always vital to stockpile items that a person will need for a survival situation so that you're ready for anything.

That's why in addition to stockpiling food, water, tools, and more supplies it's also important to pack antibiotics. The challenging part is figuring out which antibiotics to pack since there are many of them.

Antibiotics can be crucial to a person's survival, especially when medical help is not available. Think about having a severe bacterial infection or dealing with a bout of pneumonia. Leaving a serious illness untreated could be fatal.

It's also vital to understand when you actually need to take an antibiotic because not every illness requires them. Thankfully there are a few guidelines to consider.

Four antibiotics, in particular, are all a person will need when a national disaster takes place when medication is not readily available. If at all possible a person should begin to stockpile these critical supplies now for when you need it the most.

This good information to know but it’s not like I can run down to the local store and pull these off the shelf. And I doubt that my doctor will write me a script just so I can stock in my BOB.

Why not stock up on natural antibiotics (garlic, onion, cinnamon, oregano, myrrh, tea tree oil, etc.)? They’re a lot cheaper, and you don’t need a prescription for them.

Go to Mexico. But you can see a dentist for the persription there.

It’s weird in Mexico the only thing you need prescriptions for are antibiotics. Everything else is over the counter. Found that out on vacation one year

The problem is I haven’t been out of my own state in years. And never been out of country in my life. I’ve been looking into natural plants for medical uses. Going to add a identification book to the cash soon.

If you tell your doctor that you are going on an extended expedition in the wilderness where medical help will be non existant, he may prescribe antibiotics for you. I have heard of it being done before. Even if you have them, you will need to get training on diagnosing illnesses and which med to use for which condition. I am an EMT and an ametuer herbalist, and have done a lot of additional research to develope those skills, but without a doctor and lab tests there is still a lot of guessing. My advice is to take an EMT course and then keep studying medicine. Learn about OTC meds and alternative uses for them, as well as herbal remedies and what they are actually good for. There are hebs that help you heal, but there are no truly effective “natural antibiotics”. Echinacea purpurea is one of the best natural herbs you can use against illness or infection, but you need to learn its uses and limitations before you bet your life on it. It is still a good idea to have modern antibiotics on hand if you can get them.

Except antibiotics have a shelf life and are actually
Microscopic living organisms. Better off learning to make them. Maple syrup, honey and garlic are some
Of many natural sources of antibiotics
