(Video) Overflowing Iconic Glory Hole Spillway is Quite the Site…

glory hole

The Monticello Dam spillway, just west of Sacramento, hasn’t seen water since 2006. Thanks to the welcomed but overwhelming California rains this year residents can now gather to watch and photograph water spilling into the iconic hole once again!

It’s called the “Glory Hole” and it has residents shouting, “Glory Be!” The world-famous spillway at Lake Berryessa is overflowing for the first time ever and, through the lens of an awesome flying drone, we can see detail like never before! It is sincerely amazing!

Just goes to show not all things dead remain that way forever!

After the break go to the next page and watch a terrific video and view some photos on the video as well.

Also, listen to a rocking soundtrack! It is all in celebration of the glory hole and now we all can be witness to its wonder and power!
