Believe it or not, but the Goodwill is an excellent store to find survival items that many survivalists seek.
After all, most of us give away belongings we no longer want to this store as opposed to buying from them.
However, while you're busy giving away things you could actually be finding much survival related items at Goodwill. In fact, these items can be utilized for survival purposes and build onto your stockpiled goods.
So the next time you visit Goodwill, look for survival items. You're likely to find a variety of items at an affordable price, if not for a fraction of the price of what these items would normally cost new.
Plus, since Goodwill items are looked over before they're displayed, a lot of items are in great, if not fantastic condition.

Haha I see most of that stuff through out the week
I have found alot of great medical items at the thrift store, just purchased 3 burn vest that is good till 2020, gloves , medical mask, box of packaged water good for another 3 years. I am on a budget and have to be smart on where i get things! I also have about 7 flashlights which have come in handy several times with power outages we have had
